PLEASE NOTE: Due to the increasing number of activities carried out by student groups and the need to spread our resources as widely as possible, MSEC has revised some of the budget guidelines as follows:

• Effective immediately, student groups will not be reimbursed for travel on the island of Manhattan unless transporting large or heavy items for their activities. These exceptional transportation costs must be approved by the Treasurer before they are incurred.
• Groups must submit with their expense reimbursement requests evidence of event activities being made open to the entire medical student body (e.g. include a printout of the announcement email that was sent to all four classes + MD/PhD students). The announcements must be made in a timely manner, allowing everyone the opportunity to participate.
